Contact the related related persons after getting cmorgent calls from the customer. Whon there’s reported eleovator malfunction from the customer, the customer service center will conact the onsite technicians to go to the customer’s iocation in time.
Build up a malfunotion protile for each sold elevator in computer. Malfunction time, handling staff’s name and the finished time so as to track the preblem.
The third day afier soluing the problem of the elevator, visit the customer to see if the customer is satisfied with our service. |

B Superuise the
on-svite maintenance |

three months after product delivery, the maintenance staff will clean and adjust the elevator for the time. They will also coutact the customer to see if there’s any pnobiem of our elevator.
*Nine months after delivery, we will contact the customer for the second time to see if there’s any problem during this period. The company will supervise the mainenance staff in their work.
