It established Yungtay Beijing Branch in June 1998, and Yungtay Chengdu Branch in one of the most important cities of southwestern China, Chengdu in October 1999.From the beginning of the year of 2000, Shanghai Yungtay, in order to increase its market share and to better serve its clients, successively established representative offices in major cities in China such as Fuzhou, Hangzhou, Ji`nan, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Dalian and Chongqing. In the next year it added Xi`an and Kunming representative offices.

With the increasing reputation of Yungtay elevator, the sales volume of the Yungtay elevator gradually rises from the beginning tens of elevators. It sold 360 elevators in 1998, 1000 in 2000 and even 3000 in 2002. It is estimated that it will sell out about 4300 elevators in 2003. The average increasing ratio of the sales volume is about 60%-70% every year, which is surprisingly high in the industry. With Shanghai Yungtay`s prevalent existence and rapid development, Yungtay elevator can be seen and its service can be provided in the whole 31 provinces and cities in Mainland China except Tibet.

With its thriving in the elevator industry, the company image of Shanghai Yungtay appears on media of Television and magazines, such as CCTV, East Television, and “Shanghai Wednesday”, which enlarges the reputation of Yungtay Company. At the same time of making profit, Shanghai Yungtay never forgets to payback the society, it has tried to make its contribution to culture and physical education through its sponsor to arts exhibition of Shanghai Museum and the Chinese Series A League, and etc. Shanghai Yungtay also established Yungtay Scholarship in Northeast University of Science and Technology, which provides those excellent undergraduate students opportunities to take their further education.
